Start-up Incubation
We acquire and advise start-up projects from German-speaking countries, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein. In doing so, we have woven a web of strategic, commercial and legal assistance for each of our start-ups. To position the company optimally, for experience transfer and management support, for the selection of the right strategic partners and service providers, for the tuning of financial and business plan concepts, for the development of marketing strategies and PR tactics. Full technology services are also immediately available to the startup if needed. Our startup teams in the U.S. and Europe ensure that the startups acquired through our representative office can do exactly what they most want to do perfectly: start.
Private Equity
We accompany start-ups and SMEs in raising mezzanine equity with the support of our grown, professional network and find investors that optimally fit your specific situation.
With our extensive experience, we advise start-ups and SMEs independently of banks on all aspects of the capital market.
We have the best contacts to investors, issuing banks, designed sponsors, research companies, brokers and market makers. In doing so, we create the necessary transparency for our portfolio companies to successfully assert their interests.
With our experience we accompany the start-ups selected by us, with the selection of the correct investment and/or the suitable partners and the conversion. In addition to venture capital and private equity, there are now also financing alternatives via pension funds, family offices and other investors.


Coaching
We coach our portfolio companies and support them in
1. the formulation of their communication goals;
2. the development of strategies and the correct positioning
of their company;
3. the identification and selection of their target group(s);
4. the selection of marketing measures;
5. the successful implementation of these measures.

Sponsoring

Academy
Our "Corporate Academy" consists of a large number of specialist seminars and training courses on various topics relating to our portfolio companies. These annual training modules are organized in coordination with the responsible managers of the respective portfolio companies. These seminars have more to do with education than with training, more with personality than with technical issues.
The goal of this academy is to promote the personality of the executives of our portfolio companies in a holistic way. This philosophy is based on the conviction that good managers are not only convincing through technical skills, which they can then develop further within their company, but that far-sighted and responsibly acting personalities are characterized by:
